The Karen Blackburn Dance Academy, based in Hook, Hampshire first opened its doors in 2001.
In a supportive and encouraging environment, KBDA encourages excellence for students in both the recreational dance and vocational dance programs. KBDA has earned a reputation, not only for excellence as a place for learning and sharing the art of dance, but also for the enjoyment and exploring creativity which has always been at the heart of our school.
Over the years we have been helping students of all ages, experience the joy of dance and have seen many of them grow and develop into dancers, teachers and graduates. The intensity of each course will vary from one or two classes to several studio hours per week and each student is addressed with the same professionalism and support whatever their age or ability.
